Everything we do at CrossWinds stems from our belief that the local church is the hope of the world. Relationships to encourage one another in the faith are crucial to the church's effectiveness.
Life Groups
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." (Hebrews 10:24-25)
Life Groups are a core component of connections at CrossWinds; a healthy church is defined by healthy relationships. Life Groups are communities of 5–15 people gathering consistently for connection, care, and spiritual growth. We believe life groups are the place for spiritual transformation and application of the sermon to our lives. Meetings include sermon-based Bible application, prayer, and fellowship.

Women's Ministry
"And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what was spoken to her from the Lord." (Luke 1:45)
At the heart of our Women’s ministry is our mission, we hope that women would meet Jesus in a real way, build life-giving relationships, and reach their full potential in Christ. We are women connecting hearts throughout every stage of life, pursuing identity in God, cultivating it within ourselves, and fostering it in others.
Women's Bible Studies are held during the week when in season, as well as Bible Study Fellowship (BSF). BSF is a community-wide women's Bible study with local women that meet on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at CrossWinds in Spirit Lake during the school year (September-May). Throughout the year, women from Crosswinds gather for short-term Bible studies, for fellowship, and more.

Men's Ministry
"Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong." (1 Corinthians 16:13)
Men of all ages are invited to dive deeper into their relationship with Jesus and engage in a strong community with the Men’s Ministry. No experience or special knowledge is necessary to be a man of God, just a community with whom to grow and be challenged by.
Men at CrossWinds place high value on a vital relationship with God and other men. Throughout the year, the men of CrossWinds also gather for fellowship, retreats, grill outs, and more.
ORDINARY MEN: BREAKFAST AND BIBLE
Every Wednesday morning from 8:30 to 10:00, men of retirement age gather in the Commons section of the building to study the Bible together. You are welcome to join us!
