Roman joined CrossWinds Church staff in October of 2025 as the Director of Worship here at our Spirit Lake campus. He graduated from Northwestern College with a Bachelor's degree in Worship Arts and returned to CrossWinds as a staff member after having served here with our worship team for many years previously.
He believes that music is a unique way to worship and give Him glory. His goal is to bring the kind of hope to our congregation that only God can bring to us through authentic and meaningful worship.
His family consists of him and his wife, Bri. They enjoy golfing, watching tv shows and movies, and cooking together!
