On February 7, 2021, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Kansas City Chiefs to win the Superbowl with a score of 31-9. A Superbowl victory deserves a celebration. How would the city of Tampa celebrate in a COVID world? To encourage people to keep their distance, the city celebrated with a boat parade down the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa.
