White Chicken Chili


1 lb. cooked, diced chicken breast

16 oz. Chicken Broth

1 can Rotel

2 cans navy beans

2 cans great northern beans

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp each garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream


Combine all but cheese and sour cream in crock pot and let cook on high for 2-3 hours. Add cheese and sour cream, stir, and let cook on low until all of the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips or cornbread
