Ways to Serve… in the Church
God is blessing CrossWinds Church with steady growth. And with growth comes amazing opportunity to grow in our relationship to each other and Christ Jesus. Serving is part of worship and the following ministry teams provide great opportunities to serve:
Hospitality Team
Our “First Impression” team sets the stage to welcome guests into our fellowship. Greeting, sharing a cup of coffee, helping guests find the nursery or a seat combine to say “you are welcome at CrossWinds”!
Children’s Ministry
At CrossWinds, it is a passion to display Christ’s love for children. From Nursery to CrossWinds Kids to mid-week AWANA, our desire is to introduce kids and their families to Christ.
Worship Team / Technology Team
Any gifted musician with a heart to worship God is encouraged to explore this team. And a love for technology might lead you to serve the emerging technology needs at CrossWinds.
Other Ways to Serve
Numerous opportunities to serve on Sunday or throughout the week await you. From Care to Property to Teaching/Leading, CrossWinds can use your gifts. We urge you to contact us. If you fill out your “Skills” on the City you will hear from us!
Ways to Serve… in the Community
CrossWinds wants to “give back” to our community. Serving the community is one of the values we demonstrate by dedicating “Serving Sundays” once or twice each year.
Ways to Serve… Around the World
CrossWinds Missions Team has developed partnerships in missions. Some partnerships are financial. Others encourage our body to serve on site around the globe. CrossWinds attenders have traveled to India, Ukraine, Egypt and Haiti to be the hands and feet of Jesus. These cross-cultural relationships connect us in a practical way to Jesus’ command to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel”!
